10. Upon receipt of the application for arbitration, the secretary of the Order shall notify the midwife concerned by registered mail and, where applicable, enclose the amount deposited in accordance with the second paragraph of section 9.
In such a case, the arbitration shall pertain only to the amount still in dispute.
